Daniel Mason

A novelist and psychiatrist, Mason received a BA in biology from Harvard University, and later graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. He wrote his first novel, The Piano Tuner, while still a medical student, and his second novel, A Far Country, was published in 2007.
