Duane W. Roller

Duane W. Roller is professor emeritus of classics at Ohio State University. He is the author of numerous books, including Empire of the Black Sea: The Rise and Fall of the Mithridatic World, Cleopatra’s Daughter: And Other Royal Women of the Augustan Era, Ancient Geography: The Discovery of the World in Classical Greece and Rome, and Cleopatra: A Biography.
