Benjamin Aldes Wurgaft

Benjamin Aldes Wurgaft is a writer and historian, with interests in European intellectual history, food history, and the history and anthropology of science. The author of Meat Planet: Artificial Flesh and the Futures of Food and Thinking in Public: Strauss, Levinas, Arendt, he currently serves as a visiting assistant professor of social studies and history at Wesleyan.
