Andrew Ross

Andrew Ross is a professor of social and cultural analysis at New York University. Born in Scotland, he received a PhD from the University of Kent in 1984. In 1997 he moved to Celebration, Florida, for a year to undertake research for his book The Celebration Chronicles. His other books include Strange Weather: Culture, Science and Technology in the Age of Limits, Nice Work If You Can Get It: Life and Labor in Precarious Times, and Creditocracy and the Case for Debt Refusal.
