J. Matt is a documentary photographer and writer living in Honolulu, investigating issues caused by global warming and their nexuses with place and relevant social, political, and economic histories. They have been at work on a book of photographs and essays looking at Waikīkī titled WAIKĪKĪ/WAIKIKI: Glancing Off Paradise.
