Onyinye Ihezukwu

Born in Nigeria, where she worked as a journalist and broadcaster, Onyinye Ihezukwu was awarded the Wallace Stegner fellowship at Stanford University and the Poe/Faulkner fellowship at the University of Virginia. She is currently a student in the creative writing program at the University of Houston. Her work has been published in the Los Angeles Review of Books, The American Scholar, and the Virginia Quarterly Review.
