Cathryn Halverson

Cathryn Halverson is an assistant professor of American literature at Minot State University, North Dakota, and has also been a faculty member at universities in Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Japan. She is the author of Maverick Autobiographies: Women Writers and the American West, 1902–1936; Playing House in the American West: Western Women’s Life Narratives, 1839–1987; and Faraway Women and the Atlantic Monthly.
