Grey Gowrie

Grey Gowrie, a Scottish hereditary peer, Conservative politician, and onetime assistant to American poet Robert Lowell, has published several works of poetry, as well as a book on British painters. In 2003 he was elected a fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and is a patron of the Wilfred Owen Association.
