The American Agora Foundation, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and takes steps to ensure that it has the appropriate rights to use the materials that it publishes on the Lapham’s Quarterly website (www.laphamsquarterly.org), in the print journal, and through various electronic formats.

 

It responds expeditiously to notices of claimed copyright infringement on the Lapham’s Quarterly website and terminates users or account holders who repeatedly infringe copyright.
